Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 bananas
- 3 eggs
- 250 g quark
- 60 g oat flakes
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g flour
- 30 g protein powder, e.g. whey
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Combine all ingredients and fill about 12 muffin cups. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes, depending on your oven.
