Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g margarine
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 110 g flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 60 g protein powder (chocolate, banana, strawberry, vanilla)
- 250 g oat flakes
- some milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Combine all ingredients and mix with milk until stiff. Form about 20 cookies and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes, depending on your oven. 80 kcal per serving.
