  • 100 g blueberries
  • 100 g leaf spinach
  • 20 g oat flakes
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 200 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place any frozen ingredients into a bowl and thaw in the microwave for 1 minute. Transfer everything to a blender and blend until the desired consistency is reached. This makes approximately 500 ml.
