Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 large bananas
- 1 m.-sized apple
- 1 carrot(s)
- 150 g oat flakes
- 2 tbsp honey
- 90 g cranberries
- 30 g coconut flakes
- 2 ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Grate the apple and carrots into a bowl. Add the banana and mash it with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. On a baking sheet, use a tablespoon to form small cookies. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes. Use your own oven’s experience to help you figure out how to do this!
