Healthy creamy Oreo cheesecake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g cream cheese, 0.2% fat
  • 300 g Skyr, 0.2% fat
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 60 g protein powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 Oreo cookies
  • n. B. Sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 55 minutes

Suitable for an 18 cm diameter springform pan. Line the springform pan with baking paper. Mix all ingredients, except the Oreo cookies, together until smooth and pour into the pan. Crumble the Oreos and spread them evenly over the cake batter. Bake in the oven at 170°C for about 40 minutes. Do not overbake so the cake stays nice and creamy. Let the cake cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for 2-3 hours to set.
