Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g frozen berries or other fruit of your choice
  • 1 shot of milk or milk substitute
  • n. B. Cocoa
  • n. B. honey or other sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Let the frozen fruit thaw slightly, if necessary. Then place the fruit in a mug and blend with a good splash of milk using a hand blender. Season to taste with cocoa powder and honey.
