- ½ banana(s)
- 5 hazelnuts, ground
- 2 tsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 2 tbsp milk, or yogurt or low-fat curd
- e.g. honey, sweetener or stevia
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
without sugar and without oil or butter
Mash the banana and avocado. Mix all ingredients together and stir. You can vary the amounts depending on your desired consistency.
