Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 m.-sized apple
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Instructions

Coarsely grate the apple, including the peel, and immediately mix with the lemon juice. Mix the cottage cheese with the honey and cinnamon until well combined, then stir in the apple. Enjoy this with or on whole-grain bread.
