Crack the eggs and place them in a bowl with the banana. Heat a pan with coconut oil and blend the egg and banana mixture until smooth. Then fry them in palm-sized portions. You can also use yogurt or quark cream with fruit for decoration, if desired. A healthy alternative to sweet pancakes.
