- 3 eggs
- 2 bananas
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- possibly protein powder (chocolate flavor)
- possibly fruits of your choice

Protein bomb
Beat the eggs and place them in a bowl, then add the bananas and puree with a hand blender. If desired, add two heaped tablespoons of protein powder (chocolate). Make an omelet from the mixture. For a sauce, blend together 0.5 l of yogurt and some fruit of your choice and pour it over the omelet to serve.
