Healthy Snack: Dates with Nut Puree

The perfect healthy snack: dates with nut puree recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 Pc. Medjool dates
  • 6 tsp Nut puree
  1. It’s not a real “recipe” because it’s so simple and easy, but I absolutely love this snack at the moment. You need really nice, juicy dates for this. Slit open lengthways on one side and remove the core. Spread a teaspoon of nut puree in each opening. Put in the fridge for about an hour and then enjoy 🙂
  2. I like it best with dark almond butter. The best thing to do is to create a small supply and store in the refrigerator. 😉
