- 1 slice(s) farmer’s bread
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 slice(s) bacon
- 1 slice(s) of processed cheese
- some butter
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- chives
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with egg and bacon
Spread the bread with butter on both sides and fry until crispy, e.g., in an Optigrill or a pan. Fry the egg and bacon in a little oil in a pan. Season the egg with salt and pepper. Place the cream cheese on the bread, top with the egg, and spread with mayonnaise. Cut the bacon into strips and scatter it with chives over the mayonnaise. Tip: If possible, prepare everything at the same time so the cheese melts when adding the topping.
