- 300 g Rice
- 500 ml Water
- 200 g Seafood
- 1 Onion
- 150 g Corn
- 300 g Carrots
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 Banana
- Salt
- Turmeric
- 150 g Grated cheese
- Briefly toast the rice with a little oil in a saucepan (stir constantly), then pour in the water and season the rice with salt + turmeric. Simmer over high heat, stirring occasionally, until the water is gone. Let the rice cool down a little while the other preparation steps are carried out.
- Let the seafood thaw a little. Peel the onion and cut into not too large cubes. Peel the carrots and cut into slices that are not too thick. Briefly sauté the defrosted seafood, onion cubes, carrot slices and corn kernels in a pan, season with turmeric.
- Wash the peppers and cut into small pieces. Cut the banana into slices. Put the rice in a large baking dish, along with the contents of the pan, the pepper pieces and the banana slices. Mix everything carefully, then spread the grated cheese on top.
- Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 150 ° C for about 50 minutes.
