Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

First, cut the peeled potatoes into small cubes and fry them uncooked in a little olive oil in a pan until they turn a little brown. Then add the ground beef. Be careful not to turn it too often so the ground beef gets a crispy brown. Season with salt and pepper. After a few minutes, add the roughly diced bell peppers and onions, as well as the finely sliced spring onions. The garlic can be crushed and added to the pan. Season with salt and pepper again. Also add 2 teaspoons of spicy paprika, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and a few squeezes of lemon juice. Then mix everything together and fry. After a few minutes, deglaze with the cream and the slightly stronger broth. Briefly sprinkle over the parsley and chives and mix again. We have two small pans that we fill, sprinkle with cheese, and then bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) until the cheese is nicely browned.
