Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 onions
- 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green
- 1 small can of corn
- 4 tomatoes
- sheep’s cheese
- 8 large potatoes
- Salt
- pepper
- n. B. garlic
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Farmer’s pan, quick and easy, for every day
Cook the unpeeled potatoes as usual. Brown the ground beef in a little oil, then add the onion and fry. Add a little water. Dice the peppers and tomatoes and add them to the pan. Season to taste. Peel the cooked potatoes and slice them and add them to the pan. Now add the corn and feta cheese and heat everything through. The feta cheese shouldn’t melt.
