Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g turkey breast
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 200 g potatoes
  • 2 small peppers, approx. 250 g
  • 150 g broccoli
  • 250 ml vegetable stock powder
  • 1 small bay leaf, dried
  • 1 juniper berry(s)
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Dice the turkey breast and fry in hot oil, season, and remove. Peel the potatoes. Trim the vegetables. Then wash and chop both. Sauté the potatoes and bell peppers in hot frying fat. Add the vegetable stock, bay leaf, and juniper berries and cook for 10-12 minutes. Add the turkey and broccoli and cook for about 5 minutes. Then season everything with salt and pepper.
