Hearty Limburger cheese salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g meat sausage
  • 300 g cheese (Limburger)
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 4 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 6 tbsp oil, neutral in taste
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the skin from the sausage. Cut the sausage and cheese into 1/2 cm thick and 2 cm long strips. Peel the onions and slice them into rings. Place everything in a bowl. Sprinkle with caraway seeds, salt, and pepper. For the marinade, combine the vinegar and oil. Pour over the salad. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Garnish with radish slices and parsley.
