Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 small bottle(s) of butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 125 g flour
  • 75 g cornstarch
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the ingredients into a batter. Using 2 teaspoons, place small mounds of batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake on the middle rack at 175-200°C for about 15 minutes.
