Hearty Maultaschen pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 12 Maultaschen
  • 500 g broccoli (frozen)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Fondor
  • herbs, Italian
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the Maultaschen into strips. Briefly blanch the broccoli in boiling water, drain well, and halve the florets if desired. Dice the tomatoes, onion, and garlic. Lightly brown the onion and garlic in oil in an ovenproof pan. Add the Maultaschen and sauté. Add the tomatoes and broccoli, season well with the spices, and simmer for about 2 minutes. Spread the sour cream over the Maultaschen and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the pan in the preheated oven (approx. 225 degrees Celsius) until the cheese is well melted.
