- 200 gr Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- Salt
- 0,5 teaspoon Italian herbs
- 4 Eggs
- 100 ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Spring onions cut into fine rings
- 1 kl. Red pointed peppers, finely diced
- 100 gr Salami finely diced
- 10 gr Olives green a little chopped
- 10 gr Slightly chopped dried tomatoes
- 50 gr Grated cheese
- First put the flour, baking powder, salt and herbs in a bowl.
- Now add the spring onions, peppers, salami, olives and tomatoes.
- Whisk the eggs with the oil in a second bowl and only then mix with the remaining ingredients
- Fill this muffin mixture into 12 tins lined with muffin sleeves and bake at 170 ° for about 25 minutes
