Hearty Naan Breads
The perfect hearty naan breads recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Wheat flour
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 0,5 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 125 ml Milk
- 75 g Herbal cream cheese
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and roughly mix with a spoon and then knead by hand to form a homogeneous dough. Then divide the dough into 6 parts and form a ball out of each part and roll this ball out thinly into flat cakes with the rolling pin.
- Heat a pan strongly – WITHOUT FAT. Then bake the flatbreads in the hot pan for 1 – 2 minutes on each side. The breads are a perfect accompaniment to curries.
