Baked Naan Breads

The perfect baked naan breads recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Naan bread, see my KB: http://www./rezept/509410/Schnelles-Naan-Brot.html
  • 2 tbsp Garlic dip, see my KB: http://www./rezept/469677/Hackfleisch-Koerbchen-mit-Knoblauch-Dip.html
  • 150 g Feta
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 Jalapeno
  • 0,5 Red Onion
  • Cress (garden cress)
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brush each of the naan breads with a tablespoon of garlic dip. Cut the feta into slices and spread over the two naan breads. Then cut the tomatoes and jalapenos into slices and distribute them on the naan bread as well. Cut half the red onion into strips and distribute them on the naan bread. Pour a little pepper and a little salt (be careful, the feta already brings salt with it) and then bake on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with fresh cress before serving.
