Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- 2 carrots
- 1 pointed pepper, red
- 2 stalk(s) celery
- 125 g smoked tofu
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 eggs
- 3 spring onions
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. Allspiceón de la Vera
- some oil

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
vegetarian
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Finely dice the vegetables and smoked tofu and fry them in a little oil. Crush the garlic cloves and stir in. Add the cooked noodles and season to taste. Briefly beat the eggs with a fork, stir into the hot noodles, and serve.
