Bell peppers, simple, delicious, cheap and quick
Wash and trim the peppers, remove the seeds, and chop into large pieces. Peel the onions and also chop them very roughly. Peel and chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a large pot. Sauté the peppers, onions, and garlic for about 10 minutes, then stir in the tomato paste. Season with chili, depending on your preference. Add the canned tomatoes and the ground beef (in large shreds). Add granulated stock to taste. Roughly chop the tomatoes in the pot with a wooden spoon and simmer for another 10 minutes. If the mixture becomes too thick, add a little water. I serve it with rice.
