Hearty pizza with pear and bacon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough
  • 2 cups of crème fraîche, approx. 150 g each
  • 1 pear(s), solid
  • 1 pack of bacon, approx. 100 g
  • 1 pack of grated mozzarella, approx. 200 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Unroll the pizza dough on a baking sheet and place it on a baking sheet. Spread the crème fraîche on top. I used two small cups, but one large one might be enough. Quarter the pear, remove the core, and cut the quarters into strips, then arrange them on the pizza. Brown the bacon in a pan without oil and add it to the pizza before it’s completely crispy. Then sprinkle the grated mozzarella over the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200-220°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes.
