Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bag of pointed peppers (approx. 4 to 5 pods)
- 150 g feta cheese
- 1 small onion(s)
- 3 tbsp pine nuts
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp water
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 3 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
First, cut the feta into small cubes. Wash the pointed peppers and remove and discard the last 2 cm of the peppers, including the stems and seeds. Using a food processor with a food processor or a grater with a slicing attachment, you can slice the peppers into thin rings. Slice the onion into thin rings and add it to the peppers along with the pine nuts and feta cubes. Combine the dressing ingredients, add to the salad, and toss well.
