Hearty pork steaks with garlic and mushrooms

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 minute steak(s) of pork
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 mushrooms
  • some salt and pepper
  • possibly rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely chop the garlic cloves and mushrooms and fry them lightly, then add the steaks. Season both sides of the steaks, as well as the mushrooms and garlic pieces, with salt and pepper and fry until the steaks are cooked through. The steaks can be placed in buns or served with other side dishes.
