Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 large chicken (roast chicken), grilled
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 pack of chives (frozen)
- 1 m.-large onion(s), red
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 shot of water, cold or cucumber juice
- 50 g fried onions
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar bianco
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
a delicious spread on bread or as a salad for the buffet
Carve up the cold roast chicken, remove the bones and skin, and cut the meat into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop the onion and add it to the meat in a bowl. Stir in all the other ingredients one at a time and season with salt and pepper. Tastes great on fresh bread.
