Hearty roast chicken salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 large chicken (roast chicken), grilled
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 pack of chives (frozen)
  • 1 m.-large onion(s), red
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 shot of water, cold or cucumber juice
  • 50 g fried onions
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar bianco
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

a delicious spread on bread or as a salad for the buffet

Carve up the cold roast chicken, remove the bones and skin, and cut the meat into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop the onion and add it to the meat in a bowl. Stir in all the other ingredients one at a time and season with salt and pepper. Tastes great on fresh bread.
