Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g potatoes, cooked
  • 200 g beef, cooked
  • 200 g turkey breast
  • 200 g gherkins
  • 200 g beetroot from the jar and some juice
  • 2 herring(s) (matjes)
  • 1 jar capers
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white
  • Vinegar
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 50 minutes

Easy to make, can be prepared well, should last a day

Cut all the ingredients, from potatoes to herring, into small cubes and mix with the capers and salad dressing. Let it sit for a day. Serve with a Guardsman’s Punch. Heat dry white wine, honey, lemon, and cinnamon. It tastes great and is good for your voice and mood.
