Herb salad smoothie with banana, gooseberry and pineapple

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 pineapple stem
  • 1 cup gooseberries
  • 1 handful of lettuce
  • 4 sage leaves
  • 1 leaf lovage
  • 8 tarragon leaves
  • 8 leaves hyssop
  • 6 peppermint leaves
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cut the pineapple stem into pieces (the pineapple flesh can be used for other purposes). Peel the banana and cut into 2-4 pieces. Wash the lettuce leaves. Place all ingredients in a blender and fill with water up to the 1-liter mark. Blend on high for about 2 minutes and serve immediately. This smoothie is a true explosion of flavor. Important: Don’t use too much lovage. By “leaf,” I don’t mean all the leaves on a stem, but really just 1-2 leaves (partial leaves).
