Hearty Snail Noodles

The perfect hearty snail noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Flour
  • 1 dice Yeast fresh
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 100 ml Water
  • 2 El Oil
  • 5 El Olive oil
  • 1 El Chopped parsley
  • 3 Toes Garlic
  • 1 pinch Red chilli flakes
  • Salt
  • 2 St. Onions
  • 100 g Black Forest ham diced
  • 2 St. Dried plums
  • 100 g Mozzarella
  1. Make a yeast dough out of the flour, yeast, salt, sugar, milk, water and oil and let it rise in a warm place.
  2. In the meantime, make the marinade from the olive oil, parsley, freshly squeezed garlic, the chilli flakes and salt to taste (careful, as the black ham is very salty) and let it steep.
  3. Heat some oil in a pan, cut the onions into cubes and fry them. Then add the ham. Finally, add the diced plums, season to taste and remove from the stove.
  4. Take a round baking sheet and brush with oil.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, brush with the marinade and spread the mixture on top. Then sprinkle with the grated cheese. Shape into a roll and cut even snails.
  6. Arrange the snails nicely on the baking sheet, brush a little on the sides with the brush with cooking oil so that they separate later, and bake at 180 ° C. Brush with a little condensation milk shortly before the end of the baking time.
