Tomato and Fennel Mince Sauce

The perfect tomato and fennel mince sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 teaspoon Rapeseed oil with a touch of basil
  • 200 g Ground beef
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 1 Garlic cloves chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Medium-Sized, finely chopped carrot
  • 300 g Freshly cooked fennel vegetables
  • 100 g Mushroom heads
  • Tomato concentrate from my Kb
  • Or ketchup Or tomato paste
  • Liquid vegetable stock
  • 150 g Pasta clams
  • Basil leaves
  1. Cook the pasta as usual.
  2. Season the minced meat properly with salt and pepper with the onion, the garlic and the carrot in a little rapeseed oil until crumbly, add the fennel vegetables and the mushrooms and then add the roasted tomato concentrate or tomato paste, fill up with a little vegetable stock and simmer until gently the desired consistency has been achieved, season to taste with finely plucked basil and serve with the clam noodles.
