Tomato and Fennel Mince Sauce
The perfect tomato and fennel mince sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 teaspoon Rapeseed oil with a touch of basil
- 200 g Ground beef
- 1 Diced onion
- 1 Garlic cloves chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Medium-Sized, finely chopped carrot
- 300 g Freshly cooked fennel vegetables
- 100 g Mushroom heads
- Tomato concentrate from my Kb
- Or ketchup Or tomato paste
- Liquid vegetable stock
- 150 g Pasta clams
- Basil leaves
- Cook the pasta as usual.
- Season the minced meat properly with salt and pepper with the onion, the garlic and the carrot in a little rapeseed oil until crumbly, add the fennel vegetables and the mushrooms and then add the roasted tomato concentrate or tomato paste, fill up with a little vegetable stock and simmer until gently the desired consistency has been achieved, season to taste with finely plucked basil and serve with the clam noodles.
