Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ avocado(s), diced
- 4 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 2 radishes, diced
- ½ spring onion(s), sliced
- ½ bell pepper(s), diced
- 3 lettuce leaves, finely chopped
- 1 leaf radicchio, finely chopped
- 2 slice(s) bread(s) (thin slices of wholemeal rye bread), diced
- 1 tbsp quark, 20% or grainy cream cheese
- ½ tsp Mediterranean herb salt mixed with black pepper
- 1 tsp linseed oil or olive oil, good
- 5 basil leaves or flat-leaf parsley
Instructions

Mix all ingredients except the linseed/olive oil and basil leaves or flat-leaf parsley. Then drizzle with the oil. Finally, garnish the spread with basil or flat-leaf parsley. A very healthy and delicious breakfast for those who prefer savory to sweet.
