Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg turkey meat
- 1 vegetable onion(s)
- 1 cauliflower
- 250 g leek
- 250 g carrot(s)
- 250 g Chinese cabbage
- 250 g mushrooms
- 3 tbsp oil
- pepper
- 2 liters of chicken broth

Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces. Trim and dice the vegetables. Heat 1.5 tablespoons of oil in a large pot and sear the meat on all sides. Then remove it and set it aside. Add the remaining oil to the pot and sauté the vegetables (first the onions, then the rest), seasoning with pepper. Return the meat to the pot and pour in the chicken stock. Simmer until the meat is cooked through. Season to taste before serving.
