Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter or margarine
- 125 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200 g flour
- 50 g cornstarch
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp milk
- possibly cake icing
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Basic recipe
Prepare a muffin tin and preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Cream the butter until fluffy, then gradually stir in the sugar and eggs. Combine the dry ingredients and stir into the foam mixture along with the milk. Divide the batter among the muffin tins and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20-30 minutes. Once cooled, cover with chocolate glaze or icing, if desired. Decorate with sprinkles, Smarties, gummy bears, etc., if desired.
