Hearty student noodle dish

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (e.g. spirelli), cooked, from the day before
  • 2 slice(s) meatloaf or
  • 200 g meat sausage or ham
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g cheese, aromatic (e.g. Maasdamer), grated
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (e.g. Brunch Paprika Pepper or Herb)
  • n. B. herbs (e.g. Italian)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very quick, very tasty, well suited for using up leftovers

Crack the eggs into a cup. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs and whisk. Fry the eggs in a pan until scrambled, then add the meatloaf and pasta. When the meatloaf is browned to your liking, add the cream cheese and let it melt in the pan. Fold in the grated cheese before serving. I loved a similar dish as a child. It’s always quick and a great way to use up leftover sausage and pasta.
