Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 120 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 200 g almond(s), ground
- 200 g flour
- 1 point chocolate coating, milk or dark chocolate
- 1 pt. pistachios, chopped unsalted

The dough requires some sensitivity
Melt the butter and brown it, then let it cool. Combine the butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and milk using a mixer. Stir in the flour and almonds (don’t be surprised, the dough will be very soft). Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight. Roll out the dough in batches, not too thinly, cut out any shapes, and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F), and bake the cookies on the middle rack for about 10 minutes, until light brown. Let it cool, then cover with melted chocolate, and immediately sprinkle with pistachios.
