Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter, soft
- 40 g sugar
- 40 g powdered sugar
- 20 g vanilla sugar
- 100 g almond(s), peeled, ground
- 320 g flour
- 50 g sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
Instructions

for approx. 80 pieces
For the dough, beat the butter until very fluffy. Add the sugar, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar and continue stirring until the mixture is creamy and light; this may take a few minutes. Knead in the almonds and flour. Form into 3 cm thick rolls, wrap in foil, and chill for at least 2 hours. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Cut the dough rolls into 8 mm thick slices and place on the tray. Bake for about 15 minutes. Mix the sugar and vanilla sugar in a plate. Toss the cookies in the mixture while still hot. Let cool.
