    • 1 kg Floury potatoes
    • Salt to taste
    • 250 ml Milk
    • 1 tbsp Butter
    • Nutmeg to taste

    • Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into pieces. Take a saucepan, fill it with water and add the potato pieces. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes.

    • Take the chilled black pudding out of the refrigerator and cut into thin slices. Preheat the oven to 200 ° degrees top / bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and distribute the thin slices on top. Then put it in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes until crispy. Take it out and pour the excess fat onto one or more kitchen creps.

    • Peel the onion and slice it thinly. Put in a bowl and mix with the flour. Then put a pan on the stove, add a piece of butter and melt. Add the floured thin onion slices and fry in them until golden brown.


    • After the potatoes have been cooked, drain the whole thing. Stomp so that it is still slightly chunky, lightly salt and add the milk and butter. Stir and season with nutmeg.
