Heaven and Earth Stamp for St. Nicholas

- 500 g Potatoes
- 3 Apples
- 2 Pears
- 1 Onion
- 125 g Ham cubes
- Vegetable broth
- Salt
- Marjoram
- Pepper
- Clarified butter
- Peel and dice the potatoes, 2 apples and pears and cook in the vegetable stock with a little salt and nutmeg and drain.
- Peel and dice the onion, peel and dice 1 apple and fry it with the diced ham in clarified butter, and add to the potatoes, apples and pears, season with marjoram and pepper, mash everything lightly and arrange on plates.
