Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Potato
  • 200 g Apples
  • 200 g Blood sausage
  • 200 Milliliters Cream
  • 200 Milliliters Milk
  • 50 g Emmental
  • 50 g Butter
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • Marjoram
  • Salt and pepper
  • Freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Finely dice the garlic and sauté in butter. Bring the cream, milk and marjoram to the boil and let it stand for 20 minutes. Brush a flat gratin dish with the garlic butter. Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin slices. Remove the core of apples with an apple cutter, then cut into slices. Sausage Peel and cut into slices. Spread the potato, apple and black pudding slices alternately in a fan-shaped and flat shape. Season the cream mixture with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour the sauce over the gratin. Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top. Gratin in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Bake for about 50 minutes.
