  • 400 ml cream
  • 1 pack of cream powder (Paradise Cream “White Chocolate”)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 150 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 45 minutes

Beat 2 egg whites until stiff and add the sugar. Stir in 2 egg yolks. Mix 60g of flour with the vanilla pudding powder (80g total), sift it in, and carefully fold it in with a whisk. Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and set in a 30 x 20cm square baking frame and bake at 175°C (convection oven) for about 15 minutes. Beat 2 egg whites until stiff and add the sugar. Stir in 2 egg yolks. Mix 60g of flour with the chocolate pudding powder (80g total), sift it in, and carefully fold it in with a whisk. Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and set in a 30 x 20cm square baking frame and bake at 175°C (convection oven) for about 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely. Drain the peaches well and cut into small pieces. Whisk the cream with the Paradiescreme “Caramel” (Caramel) and vanilla sugar until creamy, then stir in the sour cream. Place the clean baking frame around the dark base, spread some cream on it, arrange peach pieces on top, and spread the remaining cream on top. Place the second layer on top and press down lightly. Again, beat the cream with the Paradise Cream, this time “White Chocolate,” and vanilla sugar until creamy, then stir in the sour cream. Spread the cream on the light base and refrigerate the cake for about 30 minutes. Toast the desiccated coconut in a pan until light brown and sprinkle over the cake. Let the finished cake chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Tip: This also works with other fruits and Paradise Cream, depending on your taste. You can also drizzle the layers with a little milk, coffee, etc., depending on your taste.
