Heimi’s Orange Cream
The perfect heimi’s orange cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Covering
- 125 g Sugar
- 4 Egg yolk
- 150 g Flour
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Vanilla syrup
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 4 Protein
- 200 g Sugar
- Some almond sticks

- 2 Cans Tangerines
- 1 packet Vanilla pudding
- 3 cups Cream
- 3 packet Cream stiffener
- 1 packet Quench orange flavor
- Make the batter – line 2 molds with parchment paper, diameter 26 and distribute the dough evenly with a spoon,
- Beat the egg whites very stiff, add the sugar and that, stir in briefly, distribute the mixture on both doughs, distribute the almond sticks and bake at 170 degrees for about 30 minutes
- Drain the tangerines and boil a pudding with the draining liquid, add the tangerines to the still warm pudding. Spread on a base, chill for a while. Spread the cream with the cream stabilizer and quench until stiff on the cooled mandarins.
- It recommends dividing the 2nd bottom into pieces beforehand, as it is then easier to cut open
