Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g potatoes, waxy
- 2 garlic cloves
- 250 g whipped cream
- 150 g cheese, Edam
- 10 g margarine
- little salt
- Pepper, freshly ground
- Fat, for the shape
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the potatoes and slice thinly, pat dry. Peel the garlic cloves and slice very thinly. Lightly grease an ovenproof dish and layer the potatoes and garlic slices, seasoning each layer with pepper and a little salt. Grate the cheese and spread it over the potatoes. Pour whipped cream around the edges (not over the top). Finally, sprinkle with margarine flakes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for a good half hour, until the cheese is browned.
