Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg pumpkin(s)
- 500 ml broth
- 500 ml milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- ½ tsp spice mix (Harissa, only if you like it)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and simmer with milk and broth for about 15-20 minutes. Then remove from the heat and let cool slightly. Blend everything with a hand blender until smooth. Season to taste. Be careful with the harissa…it’s quite spicy.
