Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 220 ml water
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 90 g flour (wheat flour 1050)
- 210 g flour (whole wheat flour)
- ½ tsp yeast (dry yeast)
- 2 tbsp herbs
- 1 pinch of ascorbic acid
Instructions

for the bread maker
Place all ingredients in the BBA. Program: normal/French Browning: medium
