Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 baguette(s)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 gherkin(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 5 packs of processed cheese with herbs
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g quark, low-fat
  • 125 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Finely chop the herbs. Finely dice the onion, cucumber, garlic, and egg. Whisk the cream cheese, butter, quark, and cream until smooth, then add the remaining ingredients. Cut the baguette into approximately 2 cm wide slices, spread the cream cheese on one side of each, and place them back together on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil until some of the filling begins to ooze out. Preheat oven to 180°C and bake for 15 minutes. Tip: Can be prepared well in advance. Enjoy warm!
