Herb-cheese spaetzle

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 package of spaetzle (egg spaetzle fresh from the refrigerated section)
  • 100 g cheese, light- 17% fat absolute
  • 200 ml milk 0.1% (or optional)
  • 1 handful of parsley, chives, chervil, basil etc.
  • salt and pepper
  • some garlic, if you like
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

WW´ler 2010 = 11PP per filling portion

Cook the finished egg noodles in salted water. In the meantime, peel the onions and finely slice them into rings. Brown the onions in a pan without fat until nice and dark brown. Strain the noodles and return them to the pot. Add the milk, cheese, and herbs. Stir vigorously until the cheese has dissolved. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. Serve on a plate with the fried onions. This dish is calculated as a filling portion and therefore costs 11 PP! Serve with a fresh, colorful salad, and you have a quick lunch! The calculation is as follows: Noodles instead of = 7 PP Milk = 1 PP Cheese = 7 PP Total = 11 PP
