Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 bell peppers
- 50 g seeds, e.g. sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds
- Rapeseed oil or vegetable cream
- chives
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Vegetarian, vegan
Roast the seeds in a pan without oil and then set aside. Be careful not to burn the seeds. Clean and slice the peppers. Sauté them in a pan with a little oil or vegetable cream for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Purée the peppers and seeds in a blender. Add the oil and spices. Enjoy with freshly baked bread.
