Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 cup of quark with herbs, 1 cup of tzatziki, 1 cup of sour cream
  • Herbs, fresh from the herb garden or frozen
  • 1 small cucumber(s)
  • Garlic, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

when things have to happen very quickly

Combine the contents of all three packages in a bowl and mix. Add fresh chives and parsley to taste, or frozen herbs if you like. Chop a cucumber and stir in, and add fresh garlic to taste. We serve it with boiled potatoes, baked potatoes, or we also use it in the evening as a dip with chopped vegetables.
